Rental Agents: 25% of One Month's Rent
We are happy to provide generous compensation to rental agents. You will receive 25% of the first month’s rent for each tenant you place with us.
Sales Agents: Contact for Negotiations
For sales transactions, we encourage direct communication with the listing agent to discuss the terms and conditions of compensation. We aim to establish mutually beneficial agreements that fairly recognize your contributions.
Easy 2-Step Process
- Initiate Contact:
- Contact the listing agent with your offer.
- Discuss all sale details and negotiate terms effectively.
- Terms Agreed:
- Ensure fair compensation reflective of your effort and contribution.
- Clearly state and agree on all terms with the listing agent.
- Once the sale is completed, we will process your negotiated compensation.
LUCKY 7'S Referral Bonus Program: $500 for New Client Referrals!
In addition to our rental and sales offers, we are excited to introduce our Referral Bonus Program. Agents who refer new clients to Oakloop Property Management will receive $500 after the successful onboarding of a new client. This is our way of saying “thank you” for helping us expand our network.
Program Details
- Eligibility:
- Available to all registered real estate agents referring a new client.
- The referred client must sign a management agreement with us.
- Referral Procedure:
- Submit the referral’s contact information through our referral form.
- Ensure the referral mentions your name and agency during their initial consultation.
- Bonus Payment:
- The $500 bonus will be processed once the new client signs the management agreement.
- When this referral is ready to sell, we will send them back your way for the SALE!
